We’ve been improving homes in Derbyshire since 1993

Monthly: July 2014

Trade Windows (Derby) Ltd has been appointed to the Derbyshire Trusted Trader Scheme, an initiative that helps find honest and reliable traders in the local area.

The Trusted Trader Scheme, which is run by Derbyshire Trading Standards, aims to build confidence in local businesses by promoting high standards and excellent customer care across various trades including plumbers, builders, roofers, decorators, joiners, electricians and many more.

It helps local people find tradesmen and businesses who agree to do a good job at a fair price and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

All businesses that apply to join Derbyshire Trusted Trader are subject to rigorous checks by Derbyshire Trading Standards and members are reviewed yearly to ensure that they continue to meet the terms and conditions of membership and uphold high standards of customer service.

Commenting on joining the Trusted Trader Scheme, John Brocklehurst, managing director at Trade Windows said:

“Trade Windows has always had its customers at the heart of its business and over the last 21 years has won a number of local and national awards for customer excellence.

“We will continue to offer our customers the highest levels of service, so they can continue to rely on us as one of Derbyshire’s ‘trusted traders’,” added John.

We’re delighted to announce that we’re marking our 21st anniversary and the relaunch of our newly refurbished showroom with a special Open Weekend on Saturday 12 July and Sunday 13 July (10am – 4pm).

Vistors will have the chance to look around our extensive showroom, which has been the subject of a £75,000 refurbishment programme. A series of stunning new conservatories and orangeries have been constructed, which will enable customers to see the company’s products in the most realistic setting.

Trade Street, a row of full-size brick-built houses, has also been upgraded with a variety of different styles of doors, windows and specially designed interiors.

The main showroom area has also been refurbished, with the addition of an extensive display of the latest composite doors, which are taking the market by storm.

Commenting on its 21st anniversary celebrations, Trade Windows founder and group chairman Paul Brighouse said:

“Over the past 21 years we have worked hard to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service – from their initial enquiry and visit to the showroom, through to survey, installation and after-sales service.

“Two decades on and we are proud to say that more than 80% of our business continues to be generated from the recommendations of our thousands of satisfied customers,” added Paul.
